Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On May 30, 1995, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court. On August 13, 1997, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on August 13, 1997. On June 3, 2003, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Hongsung Branch Branch of the Daejeon District Court. On November 14, 2003, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the same court on March 25, 2005, and was sentenced to a fine of one million won at the Daejeon District Court on June 27, 2006, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (d Driving).
[Criminal facts]
1. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (divated driving) driven a C motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.125% in alcohol while under the influence of alcohol content at 0.125% in front of the bus stops in the Haak-gun Seoul budget-gun, from the front side of the “high-duk iron bars store” to the front side of the same new bus stops in the same military.
