Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2012, without obtaining approval from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, the defendant set up a human-schoolr in a motor vehicle in the defendant's CA test without permission at an irregular place and changed the structure and devices of the motor vehicle.
