Criminal facts

Defendant and Defendant of the cause of the medical care and custody, and Defendant and Defendant of the medical care and custody applicant (hereinafter “Defendant”) are the young children of the victim C (nive, 75 years of age). From February 18, 2009, due to the “compicing-type illness” from around February 18, 2009, etc., he/she was hospitalized for three times at the Korea National University of Gangdong-gu in Seoul, Gangdong-gu and the E Hospital located in Do Government-si D, and was discharged from the above E Hospital on July 17, 2013.

On January 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, placed the victim’s residence in Songpa-gu Seoul FF loan 101, which is a domicile of the Defendant and the victim; (b) placed the victim under weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental or physical disorder; and (c) placed the victim’s face, hair, and body body part on the back of the left head of the victim by taking advantage of the remainder of the victim’s face, hair, 10cm in length on the back of the left head; and (d) placed the victim at the Handong University Hospital around 22:07 of the same day on the same day on the ground that the victim was able to administer non-exploded drugs, and attempted to provide them to the Defendant.

As a result, the defendant committed a crime punishable by imprisonment without prison labor or a heavier punishment, such as inflicting bodily injury on the surviving victim and causing death, and the mental and physical disability whose punishment is mitigated due to mental and physical weakness requires treatment in the treatment and custody facilities and risks of recidivism.
