Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On September 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) at the Changwon District Court on September 4, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Common Detention House on May 5, 2015.

[Criminal facts] On February 19, 2017, the Defendant driven the E-Poter II truck without a driver’s license from around 6km to the Plux road located in the same Si and Plux road located in the same Si and P, from the front day of the Plux commercial road located in the Si and P, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul, to the front day of the Plux road located in the same Si and Plux.
