Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 02:45, the Seodaemun-gu Seoul National University Living Room, Seodaemun-gu, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) “Absent women are able to control, sound, and take a desire to do so”; (c) the Defendant requested the Defendant to change the voice of the Defendant by the police officer affiliated with the police box of the Seoul Western Police Station C police station, which called out after receiving the report 112; (d) the Defendant committed assault, such as the Defendant’s assaulting the Defendant at one time at the chest part of the said D’s chest; and (e) the slope E belonging to the said police box located adjacent to the Defendant; and (e) the Defendant committed assault by assaulting the Defendant, such as the first car.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.
