When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2014, the Defendant infringed on the author’s property right by distributing one copy of the Microcom Card reproduced by the sound source of 2,200 valleys, including the sound source of 48 items indicated in the attached crime sight table, at the “C” point of the Defendant’s operation of the Defendant located in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do, and QuM D’s neighboring rights, including the sound source of 48 items in QuM D’s neighboring rights.
