A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

나. 피고인은 2013. 1. 25.경 서울 서초구 H에 있는 피해자의 집 근처에서 피해자에게 “빌딩투자자의 편의를 봐줘야 하는데 중국 비자를 발급받기 위해 경비가 필요하다. 경비를 빌려주면 2일 후에 갚아주겠다.”고 거짓말하였다.
