Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is engaged in the operation of 125CC Mara, 198 without a license plate by violating the Special Act on the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On June 19, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 14:40 on June 19, 2013, and driven the back road of 1018-6 front of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yangcheon-gu, toward the string side of the forest building at a speed of about 20 km per hour.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of the motor vehicle, shall not drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the traffic conditions of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and has the duty of care to report the traffic situation well and to prevent accidents in advance by driving the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so and neglected to do so.

Before the same direction, the victim C (57 years of age, n) was able to report the victim C (57 years of age, n) late, but the victim was not faced and the defendant did not conflict with the right hand of the vehicle that the defendant drives.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated approximately 20 meters from the No. 1016-3, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, 1016-3, to the No. 1018-6, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
