Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

In April 2017, the Defendant converted the use of mountainous districts to make approximately 1,220 square meters of land among Cheongdo-gun, Cheongbuk-do-gun, and E forest land into mountainous districts by making use of an excavated machine without permission.

1. A statement to the effect that the defendant had engaged in the maintenance of access roads, arrangement of valleys, and flatization of the site for three days by making an excavated technician to a patrolman at the beginning of April 2017 in the police interrogation protocol for the defendant;
