On December 2, 2013, around 00:23, 2013, the Defendant driven a BSP car owned by himself in the state of 0.058% alcohol concentration from the surface of the Mancheon-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul to the road prior to the same 337-92 location, which is a place of control.
