Defendant C is provided with KRW 1,335,00,000 from the Plaintiff A building management body at the same time.
Reasons
1. The facts below the underlying facts may be acknowledged either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the entries in Gap evidence 1 to 7 and the whole purport of the pleadings.
Plaintiff
The AA building management body (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff management body") is the management body of the A building (hereinafter referred to as the "the building in this case") which is the business facility for the second underground floor in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which is an aggregate building, and the Plaintiff B (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff manager") is the manager of the Plaintiff management body.
B. The Defendants are owners of each real estate listed in the separate sheet of real estate (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) among the instant building and its site.
(B) The real estate owned by the Defendant C is 106 units, 108 units for the real estate owned by the Defendant D, 202 units for the real estate owned by the Defendant E, 203 units for the real estate owned by the Defendant F, and 404 units for the real estate owned by the Defendant H and I)
C. 1) The instant building No. 106 was completed by the Seoul Central District Court No. 82721, Sept. 9, 2005, as the maximum debt amount of KRW 52,00,000,00, the debtor C, and the debtor C, and the bank of the Republic of Korea Co., Ltd., the mortgage creation registration of the instant building was completed. (2) The instant building No. 108 was completed by the Seoul Central District Court No. 29346, Oct. 31, 201, as the receipt of the maximum debt amount of KRW 480,00,000, the debtor and the mortgagee Honam Petroleum Chemical Co., Ltd.
3. The 404th of the building of this case is the Seoul Central District Court No. 25678, Mar. 30, 2005, the maximum debt amount of 120,00,000,000 won, the debtor I, the debtor I, the debtor I, the bank located in our bank, the mortgagee I, the debtor I, the debtor I, the bank located in our bank, the mortgagee I, the 60,000,000 won, the maximum debt amount of 36,00,000 won completed on May 23, 2008 under the Ordinance of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance No. 35084, May 23, 2008; the registration of the establishment of a mortgage of this case as the debtor I, the Bank of Korea, the mortgagee of the right to collateral security; the maximum debt amount of 60,000,000,000 won, and the debtor completed on May 23, 2008.
