A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Busan District Court on March 15, 2020 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Correctional Institution on March 15, 202.

1. On March 31, 2020, from around 07:00 to 07:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) reported to the victim D (the 70-year-old age), an employee under the influence of alcohol, that “it is so reported that there is no money to do so; (b) can do so; and (c) reported to the victim D (the 70-year-old age) who is an employee under the influence of alcohol; and (d) other customers interfere with the restaurant business by force.

2. On March 31, 2020, from around 14:00 to 14:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim G (manam and 44 years old) who is an employee to accept the warning; (b) on the ground that he demanded the victim G (ma) who is an employee, to repair the warning; (c) however, he did not repair the warning; and (d) caused a large amount of bitch bitom, i.e., “the same bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch”, thereby obstructing the victim’s internal occupation by force.

3. On April 7, 2020 from around 20:00 to 00:20 on the following day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main store business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as putting the disturbance, i.e., e., e., g., e., g., e., g., e., g., e., g., e., g., e., g., e., e., g., e.,
