A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 5 million won due to a violation of road traffic laws at the Gangseo-gu branch of the Chuncheon District Court on March 13, 2012. On March 31, 2016, the Defendant was punished by a fine of 1.5 million won or more due to a violation of road traffic laws (driving) in the same support. On March 31, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won or more due to a violation of road traffic laws. On March 12:48, 2016, the Defendant was punished by drinking on two or more occasions.
