A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant works in the “E Gameland” located in Busan-gu D 1st, Busan-gu, for night time, is a person who recruits and manages game room employees, F, G, H, and H, the actual business owner of the above E-Gameland, I, J, at the entrance of the above game room, so-called “Stop” confirming whether there is a police control at the entrance of the game room, and K exchange the books acquired by customers in the above game room.

From October 2, 2012 to October 17:20 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) served in the “E Gameland” at night; (b) managed the game site; (c) installed 40 ice game machine in the said game site; and (d) managed the game site during the week after installing the said game site; and (c) K exchanged the books of money, which many and unspecified customers finding the said place directly put cash in the game machine in the game machine and obtained with free gift through space transfer and future war games, at KRW 4,500 per unit.

Accordingly, the Defendant arranged exchange of tangible results obtained through games in collusion with F, I, K, and J.
