Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) suffered bodily injury, such as salt, tension, etc. in a confection that requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim, on the ground that: (b) the victim, while drinking together with the victim, she was frighted to his/her wife who died while drinking together with the victim; (c) 4-5 times as her hand; (d) the victim she was faced with her head face; and (e) the victim she got her face from the floor to her head face; and (e) she was injured by the victim for approximately two weeks of treatment.

1. The defendant asserts that he did not have any injury to the victim only once, and that he did not have any other injury to the victim.

However, the circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by this court, namely, ① at the time of the instant case, when the Defendant and the victim talked about the deceased Defendant’s wife while talking about a dispute, the Defendant and the victim met with the victim’s body, ② The Defendant and the victim appeared to have fighting one another under the influence of alcohol at the time, and E, the victim’s wife, also, was in the situation where the Defendant and the victim met with each other and went beyond the victim’s head by congested with each other in this court.

In full view of the facts stated in the statement, 3. The victim complained of the pain on the day of the instant case, received treatment from an emergency room and received physical treatment more than once thereafter, the instant facts charged is recognized.
