Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2014, at around 19:09, the Defendant abused the victim’s chests by hand on the ground that the Victim F (the age of 67) was found to be in charge of auditing the E market merchants’ association in the Dong-gu, Gwangju, and that “I will pass the signature that the financial statements and profit and loss statements have been prepared in a false manner to the market merchants.”
