A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 30, 2014, around 05:30 on October 30, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim C’s “D” restaurant operation “D”; and (b) expressed the Dozer E “S-rier E”, “S-rier E,” and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by exposing the disturbance for about 30 minutes, such as walking the water disease on the restaurant table.

2. At around 06:20 on October 30, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by assaulting the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and maintenance of order by assaulting the police officer, such as: (a) the police officer of the Boan Police Station, who was dispatched to the scene after receiving a report from 112 that the Defendant would escape a disturbance; (b) prevented him/her from sustaining the Defendant; and (c) prevents him/her from taking a measure to return home; and (d) prevents him/her from taking the head of the patrol team; and (c) preventing him/her from taking the head of the patrol team.
