Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

When intending to operate passenger transport business, he/she shall obtain a license from the competent authority.

1. The Defendant, without obtaining a license from the competent authority on April 8, 2017, received KRW 4,000 as transportation charges, by carrying passengers who did not possess cargo by using B-B truck (b) around the day from the Maco-si, Maco-si, Maco-si to the Maco-limit apartment complex from the Maco-si.

2. The Defendant, without obtaining a license from the competent authority on April 8, 2017, received KRW 6,000 as transportation charges, by carrying passengers who did not possess cargo by using B-B truck (B-B) from the apartment in the immediately upper limit of the city of Yanananan-si to the gender chilling.

Taking into account the grounds for sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, such as the background of the instant crime, profits acquired by the Defendant, the frequency of passenger transport, and the record of criminal punishment of the Defendant (in particular, the same record has three times, and a fine has been imposed in KRW 700,000 as the final record).
