Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2013, at around 02:23, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car in the state of blood alcohol concentration of 0.101% on the road in front of the Trith Capital Dokdong, via a nearby city road in the vicinity of the Crith Capital Dokdong in the Chungcheong City.
