With respect to the foregoing case, this Court is exempted from the judgment No. 2 of the facts constituting an offense for the reason of the judgment sentenced on November 30, 2017.
Reasons
Because there is an obvious error in the above judgment, it shall be decided as ordered by the ex officio correction pursuant to Article 25 (1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure.
