A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (AD) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those who are engaged in driving a B-hurd motor vehicle;

On February 23, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license on February 17, 2015, and led to the C-ray crossing from the Scenic Sea on the front side of the racing-si.

2. Around 17:30 on February 23, 2015, the Defendant driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the commercial name industry within the Gasan Industrial Complex located in the Gasan-dong-dong-dong, Gyeonggi-do to the place indicated in paragraph (1).

4. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
