In light of the records, it is reasonable for the court below to maintain the judgment of the first instance that found the defendant not guilty of the facts charged in this case for the reasons stated in its holding, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to the act of occupational performance under the Act on Entrusted Election such as public organizations, etc., as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
