Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2018, at around 02:57, the Defendant: (a) 112 reported the protective measures taken by the Defendant from the police officer D belonging to the Gangnam Police Station C District, Gangnam-gu Police Station, which called the horses, (b) her horses, (c) twice the victim’s vessels due to a bad engine, (d) her desire to read “Ie Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Hae Ha, a police officer?” and (d) her breast at several times in drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the police officer to execute the 112-report handling affairs.
