around 04:00 on October 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the inside room of “D” located in Ansan-si, Seoul-si, the Defendant met the victim’s chest by hand; (b) forced the victim’s chest by hand; (c) the victim’s breath was the victim’s breath; and (d) the victim’s breath was the victim’s breath by his hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
