On December 07, 2016, the Defendant driven the foregoing vehicle at a section of approximately 1.2 km from the 553rd of the Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front day of the 553rd of the Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jeonju-si, in a state of alcohol concentration of 0.126% among the blood transfusion around 21:13.
