As to the crimes of No. 1 in the judgment of the defendant, the imprisonment of 8 months, and the crimes of No. 2 and No. 3 in the judgment of the court shall be sentenced to 10 months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on October, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 26, 201.

No one shall distribute or provide for use game products which have not been rated by a game water grade member's meeting.

In doing so, the Defendant, in collusion with the pro-friendly F (a person who was detained on February 17, 2012 and was sentenced to one year of imprisonment, and the execution of the sentence is terminated on March 26, 2013) and G (the stay of prosecution on February 17, 2012) and:

On February 201, 201, the Plaintiff sold at KRW 150,00,000, 35 of the “Malaysia” game in the “K” game room located in the Busan High-gu J around June 201, the Plaintiff distributed to L 150,000, 150,000 won for the “Malaysia” game in the “K” game room located in the Busan High-gu J around June 201;

2. On September 20, 201, the Plaintiff sold at KRW 80,000,00, 42 of the “Raishing 42” game in the “N” game in Busan Northern-gu, Busan-gu, to O, and distributed them at KRW 80,00;

3. On October 201, 201, the Plaintiff sold 50 games of “teclishing,” which were not rated in the “ Q” game in the Geum-gu P, Busan, to R for KRW 50,000 and distributed them to R.
