1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 55,112,683 as well as KRW 46,922,293 as of June 19, 2019 to the day of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

Since the provision on statutory interest rate (Enforcement Decree) under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Special Act on the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals (hereinafter “Special Act”) was promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate under the Litigation Promotion Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 are recognized, and the Plaintiff’s claim on the excessive portion is dismissed.
