Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2014, at around 18:50, the Defendant found to be drunk to the C police box located in Busan Shipping Daegu B, and sought to mash the coffee. It was difficult for the Defendant to resist with very rough words and actions performed in the state of drinking at the C police box, which is a governmental office, for about 40 minutes between the 40-minutes, including "I would have no money," and "I would have to go to the detention room and go to the mental hospital" and "I would have to go to the mental hospital."
