1. The defendant shall receive KRW 6,500,000 from the plaintiff and at the same time real estate stated in the attached Table from the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. C married with D, and formed son E, son F, son, son, and son G, and the Defendant is the husband of F.
B. C owned the instant real estate on December 21, 1982 and died on December 21, 1982. The inheritance shares of D 6/18 shares, E 6/18 shares, F 1/18 shares, F 4/18 shares, and G 1/18 shares, respectively.
C. On November 21, 1986, D, E, F, Plaintiff, and G completed the registration of ownership transfer based on inheritance with respect to each of the pertinent shares among the instant real estate, D, E, F, and G were donated their shares among the instant real estate on the same day to the Plaintiff and completed the registration of ownership transfer.

2. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings, the following facts can be acknowledged as to the evidence Nos. 1 and 3 of the judgment as to the cause of the claim.
On November 26, 1983, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant and the first floor of the instant real estate (hereinafter referred to as “the instant leased object”) under which the lease deposit amount is KRW 6.5 million and the lease term is set as 12 months from November 26, 1983 (hereinafter referred to as “the instant lease contract”).
Around that time, the defendant paid the lease deposit of KRW 6.5 million and received the delivery of the leased object of this case and has been residing until now.
On July 21, 2017, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant that the instant lease contract will be terminated.
According to the above facts, the lease of this case was a lease without a fixed period pursuant to Article 6(1) of the former Housing Lease Protection Act (amended by Act No. 5641 of January 21, 1999) and Article 4 of the Addenda of the former Housing Lease Protection Act (amended by Act No. 4188 of December 30, 1989), and the plaintiff was the defendant on July 21, 2017.
