1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally with the plaintiff succeeding intervenor B and C in KRW 250,284,470 and KRW 159,06,228 among them.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The loan and the defendant's joint and several sureties 1 Co., Ltd. (U.S.C. 26 Feb. 26, 2002) are Taesan Mutual Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (U.S.) (U.S.C. 2002).

() On April 6, 1996, this loan agreed to KRW 300,000,000 per annum, KRW 16.5% per annum, delay damages, KRW 20% per annum, and maturity on April 6, 1999. The representative director C of the Company B and the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations of the Company B (hereinafter referred to as “instant loan”), and the said joint and several guarantee amount is “the instant joint and several guarantee amount.”

2) As of December 29, 199, B Co., Ltd. did not pay damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from December 29, 1999 to December 28, 1999, with interest rate of 167,842,670 won per annum; interest rate of 16.5% per annum until December 28, 199; interest rate of 71,229,091 won per annum; and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum.

3) On December 29, 1999, 167,842,670 won in total 239,071,761 won (=167,842,670 Won 71,229,091) and damages for delay from December 29, 199 to the date of full payment of the principal amount of KRW 167,842,670, whichever is below, filed a lawsuit against Company B, C, and Defendant, claiming for payment of interest at the rate of 16.5% per annum until December 28, 1999 and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from December 29, 200 to the date of full payment of the principal amount of KRW 167,842,670 (2) and damages for delay at the rate of 16.5% per annum 20% per annum 2000 to the date of full payment of the principal amount).

5. The loan of this case and the principal of joint and several sureties shall be 167,842,670 won bonds and the joint and several sureties Co., Ltd. B, C or the defendant on June 15, 2001.
