A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.
At around 19:40 on March 16, 2013, the Defendant opened a road in front of the “Nou Pindo” located in Asan-si, Asan-si, and proceeded at a speed of about 30 km (30km) speed from the Sacheon-si to the Sincheon-si.
