A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and B purchased 110,000 won at the market price by entering the victim’s personal information, etc. by accessing the “I” website that can be used to purchase goods through H installed on the victim’s cell phone at the time and place of the above 2.1, and by entering the victim’s personal information, etc., the Defendant purchased 2,00,000 won at the market price, and purchased 1,10,000 won at the level of B.

In this respect, the Defendant is against B.
