A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten-month imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. on October 14, 2010. On August 13, 2010, the same court was sentenced to a four-month imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. on August 21, 2010, which became final and conclusive on August 21, 2010, and the sentence of the said suspended sentence was invalidated on May 9, 201, and the parole period was expired on July 13, 201.

1. On May 24, 2014, at around 01:45, the Defendant: (a) 01:45 on the ecological tunnel in front of the ecological tunnel, which is in a dolucheon-dong, and (b) was asked to present an identification card from the domination police station guard, the traffic control police officer, and the situation surrounding the traffic control system, and (c) was based on the sign that the said ring vehicle is in the E’s name, the Defendant was willing to avoid control by presenting a vehicle registration certificate under the E’s name

As above, the Defendant presented a vehicle registration certificate in the name of E to a traffic control police officer, followed by the Defendant as if he were E, “name: E, resident registration number F, date and place of detection: around 01:00 on May 24, 2014: 01:01:0 on May 24, 2014, he confirmed that the above entries were the same as the fact, 0.134% on May 24, 2014; 0.134% on the front of the ecological tunnel, measuring result; and 0.134% on the person whose license was revoked, who was notified that blood collection could be conducted if he recognized and unfair as a result of measurement.”
