1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 314,380,00 and KRW 279,880,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,50,000 from November 17, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a company established on April 27, 2006 with approval from the head of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents to prepare for a housing reconstruction improvement project with a project implementation district of 106,456 square meters in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. D (hereinafter “D”) is a company with the purpose of specialized management business, reconstruction, redevelopment, rearrangement project partnership agent, and consultation.

B. On August 18, 2009, D entered into a contract for the specialized management of rearrangement projects including the following provisions with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”).

A contract for specialized management services for housing reconstruction and improvement projects;

1. Title of service: A housing reconstruction rearrangement project; and

2. Location: Member C of Gangnam-gu Seoul.

3. Site area: 106,456 square meters.

4. Unit price for a contract: Total floor area (including underground floors) 】 6,960 won (excluding value-added tax).

5. Service Period: Article 4 [Scope of Services] “A” (the Defendant) shall request “B” (D) to: and “B” shall comply with the terms and conditions of the contract in good faith from the date of the conclusion of the contract until the time of the dissolution of the partnership.

(1) "B" shall provide the following services in direct connection with this contract, or consult and support the performance of the services referred to in "A", and the preparation and processing of documents related to "maintenance services" shall be governed by relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, such as the Act on the Improvement of Urban and Residential Environments, Ordinances, Municipal Ordinances, Municipal Ordinances, and Municipal Ordinances, the operating rules of the Promotion Committee, the articles of association

1. Affairs related to authorization to establish a promotion committee;

2. Business support related to the designation of rearrangement project zones;

3. Duties relating to application for authorization to establish an association;

4.Article 5 [Service Amount and Payment Terms] ① The Service Amount shall be 6,960 won per square meter of total floor space (including underground floors) and “A” shall be determined as “B” in the same manner as paragraph 2.
