Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

From March 15, 2020 to April 7, 2020, as the U.K. virus spreads to the discharged area of Europe, all persons entering the U.K. were classified as infectious disease patients and implemented special entry procedures for the relevant immigration controller. On March 24, 2020, the Defendant received a written isolation notice from the head of the Gangnam-si Public Health Center of Gangseo-si on the ground that he/she is suspected of being infected by cro or 19 infectious disease pathogens around March 25, 2020, on the ground that he/she was suspected of being infected by cro or 19 infectious disease pathogens.

Nevertheless, on March 29, 2020 from around 15:19 to 16:23 of the same day, the Defendant returned home from the Park of 226 Gangnam-gu to the Southern-gu Park of 226 Gangnam-gu, which was in violation of its own isolation measures.
