1. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 30,00,000, and KRW 20,000,000 for each of the said money to Plaintiff B, the Defendant from July 10, 2015 to each of the said money.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

The provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal are wholly amended on September 25, 2015 to “15/100 per annum of the legal interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings shall be deemed to be effective on October 1, 2015.” As such, it is recognized only to delay damages calculated at the rate of 15/10 per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
