1. Details of the disposition;

A. On May 19, 197, the Plaintiff entered the Army and served as a combat police officer at the company B of the Seoul National Police Agency (hereinafter “Police”) and was discharged on July 18, 199.

B. On October 15, 2015, the Plaintiff filed an application for re-registration of a person who rendered distinguished services to the State or a person eligible for veteran’s compensation with the Defendant “competence” (hereinafter “instant wounds”).

C. On December 21, 2015, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff of the determination of the person eligible for veteran’s compensation only on the “Woo-man’s Doctrine” and rendered a decision that the person eligible for veteran’s compensation could not be found to have proximate causal relation with his/her performance of duties or education and training (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff was assaulted by Appointed during the performance of his duties on March 1999, and was judged to have a disturbance on the medical records of the Police Hospital, and thus, the Defendant should recognize the Plaintiff as a person of distinguished service to the State and a person eligible for veteran’s compensation.

Nevertheless, the instant disposition made on a different premise is unlawful.
