1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 203,297,102 and KRW 111,850,928 from September 7, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the unpaid principal and interest and damages for delay, as shown in paragraph (1) of this Article, in full view of the respective statements and the purport of the whole pleadings as shown in the attached Form.

(The circumstance that the representative of the defendant received bankruptcy exemption does not affect the claim of this case). If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and thus, it is accepted.
