1. All of the plaintiffs' lawsuits against the defendants are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 8 (including each number, if any).
Defendant G is a legal entity established on February 27, 2008 for the purpose of the market improvement project for IJ market in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul (hereinafter “instant improvement project”); and the Plaintiffs are landowners, etc. in the instant improvement project zone.
Details of consent to the market equipment project
1. Approval for a market improvement project promotion plan and its plan under the special Act on the Development of Traditional Markets and Shopping Districts and the designation of H market as a zone for the market improvement project;
2. Promotion of market improvement project implementation plans and rules, project implementation authorization, and all affairs related thereto;
3. Designation of corporations under the following indication as "corporation for market improvement projects" in Article 33 (2) 3 of the Special Act on the Bathing of Traditional Markets and Shopping Districts:
4. The head of the Gu or the head of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City or a corporation that implements a market improvement project under Article 33 (2) 3 of the Act on the Improvement of Urban and Residential Environments: Defendant G.
B. From February 2008 to November 2008, Defendant G obtained consent from the Plaintiffs to designate Defendant G as the implementer of the improvement project of the market improvement zone of this case (hereinafter “instant consent”).
The main contents of the written consent of this case collected by Defendant G at the time are as follows.

As to the instant improvement project to the head of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “the head of Jung-gu”), Defendant G applied for recommendation for approval of the project promotion plan on May 2008, on the following grounds: (a) around 15,79 square meters of a site area; (b) six underground floors of a building scale; and (c) three roads of a residential complex building with 50 stories above ground; (c) on January 16, 2009, Defendant G applied for recommendation for approval of the project promotion plan; (d) 15,410 square meters of a site area; (e) 6 stories below ground size
