1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff A KRW 1,880,143, KRW 3,953,989, and KRW 4,237,030 and each of the above amounts.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is a company with the purpose of harbor service business, etc., and the Plaintiffs are performing the duties of taking a diversity to fix the vessels entering the port and departing from the wharf.

B. The Plaintiffs entered into an employment contract with the Defendant each year (hereinafter “instant employment contract”). The key contents pertaining to the instant case are as follows.

Plaintiff A 2010 - Wages - Allowances of KRW 934,00 on a monthly salary of KRW 108,00 for holiday allowances and KRW 258,00 for night allowances, and other allowances shall be paid when other allowances are paid in 2012 - Wages of KRW 1,015,00 for holiday allowances, KRW 115,00 for holiday allowances, KRW 270,00 for night and part-time allowances, and other allowances shall be paid when other allowances are paid in 2013 - Wages of KRW 1,080 for holiday allowances, KRW 1,000 for night allowances, and KRW 296,00 for overtime allowances, and other allowances shall be paid when other allowances are paid at the time of occurrence.

2. Plaintiff B 2010 - Wages - Allowances of KRW 998,00 for monthly allowances of KRW 108,00 for holiday allowances of KRW 108,00 for night allowances of KRW 289,00 for night allowances, and other allowances shall be paid at the time of occurrence of the allowances - Wages of KRW 1,09,00 for monthly allowances of KRW 115,000 for holiday allowances of KRW 115,00 for night and overtime allowances of KRW 270,00 for night allowances of KRW 270 for overtime allowances of KRW 20 for other allowances, and other allowances shall be paid at the time of occurrence of the allowances - Wages of KRW 1,160,00 for monthly allowances of KRW 1,00 for holiday allowances of KRW 125,00 for night and overtime allowances of KRW 315,00 for hours, and other allowances shall be paid at the time of occurrence of the allowances.
