1. The plaintiffs' lawsuits against Defendant E and the lawsuits against Defendant D by Plaintiff A are dismissed respectively.

2. Defendant D’s class.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant C’s clan (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a clan consisting of descendants of F, and Defendant D’s clan (hereinafter “Defendant D”) is a clan consisting of descendants of G and is a subordinate clan of Defendant C.

B. Plaintiff A is a member of Defendant C’s paper, and Plaintiff B and Defendant E are the members of Defendant C’s paper.

C. On November 11, 2012, Defendant D held a board of representatives to elect Defendant E as Defendant D’s director. Defendant D held a board of directors on the same day and passed a resolution to elect Defendant E as the chairperson of Defendant D.

On February 28, 2013, Defendant C, by holding a board of directors on February 28, 2013, elected Defendant C as the director of Defendant C, and by holding a board of directors on April 19, 2013, resolved to elect Defendant C as the chairperson of Defendant C.

E. The contents of the bylaws of Defendant C and D related to the instant case are as follows:

Article 5 of the Rules of the Defendant clan

(a) The number of directors of the plenary session shall be six from among H doors, six from among the first sentence (the defendant D refers to the defendant D) and twelve from among the total number of 12.

(b)The election of directors shall be held at a general meeting in each door or in any of its doors and elected not less than two times the prescribed number of the directors assigned to it during or in the decentralization, and the representatives shall adopt a resolution to elect the assigned directors and submit it to the Council in writing.

(c)the directors elected in writing shall have effect in effect as a final and conclusive director elected by the General Council.

Article 7. The election of the officers of the Board of Directors shall be made as follows:

The chairperson, vice-chairpersons, and the general secretary shall be elected from among the members of the board of directors.

Article 5 of the Rules on the Closing Session of Defendant D shall have a board of representatives and a board of directors at the main meeting of the plenary session.

(a) The board of representatives shall act on behalf of the clan general meeting, and shall ratification or propose resolutions of the board of directors, resolutions of the board of directors, and other important matters of the clan;

Article 6 Composition and Election of Board of Representatives and Board of Directors (Board of Directors)
