A, B, E, and F are punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, Defendant C is punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant D is punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant C, along with G, agreed to open a gambling board with the Defendant Company G, etc. to open the gambling board. G planned and manage the entire gambling board, and planned to operate the gambling board, as a manager in charge of gambling, H’s role of distributing the gambling box at the gambling site, and I’s role of “cambling” and “mbling dispute,” which sell gambling, etc. to the gambling participants in preparation for crackdown at the entrance of the gambling place, and the J’s role of “gambling” and the Defendant conspiredd to play the role of “gambling” in selling coffee, drinking water, etc. to the gambling participants.
