Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim B (39 years) who entered the main place of "D" in this Chapter, who works as a customer.

On June 18, 2017, around 02:40, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business by force for about 30 minutes, by putting a female customer’s bath who is danced in the surrounding area while under the influence of alcohol at a stage within the main shop of the 'D’, and neglecting the employee’s hand.
