A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2014, the Defendant sentenced 10 months to imprisonment for an attempted larceny at night in the 2015 Gocheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court on September 25, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the net prison on September 25, 2014.
