A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 02:40 on September 14, 2016, the Defendant: (b) placed a Rads of the Radon car, the victim C, who was parked on the road B in front of Sung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) carried a phone with the victim C; and (d)

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the above vehicle's total of 601,346 won.

2. Around September 14, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties and the Defendant injured the victim G, who was a police officer belonging to the Sung-nam Police Station F Station, called "Woo-gu, Sungwon-gu, Sungwon-gu, G, the police officer called "Woo-gu, Sicking on the road" and called "Yoo-gu, Sicking, Sicking, Sicking, Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick, I kicked the victim's fingers, walked once, and walked the victim's kne part.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers, and at the same time, the victim suffered bodily harm such as the denial of two sides of the right side, which requires approximately three weeks of treatment.
