The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment at the Gwangju District Court for fraud, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 31, 2014.

From March 10, 201 to March 24, 2011, the Defendant was hospitalized in the Category C oriental medical hospital located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, as “a light signboard disability accompanied by the Gal ppuri disease” for 15 days from March 10, 201.

However, during the above period of hospitalization, the Defendant did not receive proper treatment corresponding to the name of disease during the period of hospitalization, and even if not hospitalized during the above period of hospitalization, there was no symptoms or minor.

Nevertheless, around March 25, 2011, the Defendant filed a written confirmation of entry and discharge with respect to an employee in charge of the victim Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., claiming for the insurance money for hospitalized treatment at the above hospital, and then received KRW 1,813,040 from an employee in charge of the victim’s injury on or around March 29, 201, and acquired it by fraud, as described in the attached list of crimes, from March 28, 201 to November 18, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 55,970,330 from the victim’s company to the sum of the insurance money.
