Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 28, 2015, at the C service office located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around August 21, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the duties of the service personnel by force by avoiding disturbance for about 10 minutes, including, but not limited to, a 10 minutes of his/her transportation card, the reason that his/her transportation card does not work properly.

2. On August 28, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by assaulting the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the 112 patrol duties by assaulting him/her, such as: (a) on the 112 reporting that a drunk person under the influence of alcohol at the above location would escape from disturbance at his/her service room; (b) he/she recommended him/her to return home; (c) the circumstances surrounding the police box belonging to the police station, etc.; and (d) “I am well away from his/her inner background; and (d) he/she shall throw away his/her arms and trees.”
