Defendant
On November 22, 2013, the defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Jung-gu District Court on November 22, 2013, and was released from prisons of the Government Government on January 27, 2014.
Criminal facts
On February 2, 2014, the Defendants decided to operate a sexual traffic business establishment, and Defendant B invested most of the funds, and Defendant A conspired to divide profits by operating a business establishment.

The Defendants conspiredd with the Defendants to receive KRW 130,00 from H, which reported on the advertisement at the instant officetel around March 6, 2014, and provided guidance to the said KRW 407, and subsequently, G and H engaged in sexual intercourse from February 26, 2014 to March 6, 2014.
2. On March 2014, the Defendants related to “I” leased 610 Jtel 610, Gangnam-gu Seoul Haman, Seoul, to operate a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “I”, and advertised “F”, etc. and employed K, etc. as female employees.
From March 31, 2014 to April 1, 2014, Defendants conspired to offer advertisements to the said officetel and provided information to the said 610,000 male descendants on the name of the said officetel, and provided them with the same 6.10. Since March 31, 2014 to April 1, 2014, the Defendants engaged in commercial sex acts, such as arranging commercial sex acts.
