1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.

The plaintiff's Daelim Industry Co., Ltd. is ancillary.

1. Basic facts

A. Party 1) The Plaintiff is the 27-dong A Apartment-dong 2815 (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

In order to manage it, it is an autonomous management body consisting of the occupants, and it is an E apartment house reconstruction and consolidation project association (hereinafter referred to as a “in-house partnership”).

(2) Defendant Dae forest industry and Defendant B (Defendant B was decided on January 7, 2015 by the Seoul Central District Court 2014 Gohap100212, and the rehabilitation procedure was completed on October 27, 2016) are the business entity which constructed and sold the instant apartment.

(B) The Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) issued the warranty insurance policy regarding the new apartment construction on behalf of the Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Co., Ltd.”). (B) On January 7, 2010, the Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd entered into each of the warranty insurance contracts on the part of the construction of the instant apartment, among the new construction of the instant apartment, as indicated below, on January 14, 2010 to January 14, 2010 to January 13, 2011; (c) on January 14, 2010 to 05, 10, 70, 786 G Co. 2, Jan. 14, 2010 to 10, 2015; and (d) on January 14, 2010 to 10; and (e) on May 14, 2014 to 13.
