On June 29, 2017, around 11:50, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim by taking about 15 minutes for the following while there are two parking personnel and two parking personnel in D who are driving cars with the wheels of the Defendant and the victim E (n, 42 years old) in front of the parking lot located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
